How long does processing take?
Enclosures typically take 1–2 weeks to make (2–3 weeks for larger styles). Hides and decor pieces take 5–7 days. Everything is made to order, by hand, one at a time.
How long does shipping take once my order ships?

I ordered multiple items — will that take longer?
Yes — since everything is made by hand to order, ordering multiple pieces adds to the total processing time. I'll always do my best to get everything to you as quickly as I can.
What are your enclosures made of?
Enclosures are 3D printed in matte PLA — a plant-based plastic derived from sugarcane and food starch, non-toxic to your spider. Clear panels are acrylic.
Do I need to do anything special to care for my enclosure?
If you mist for humidity, aim for the acrylic panels rather than the PLA — acrylic handles moisture better, so it's the safer spot to get wet.
